Why Broad Spectrum Matters

The hemp plant contains more than just CBD. It also contains other cannabinoids, such as CBG and CBC, and terpenes, the natural compounds that give plants their aroma. 

How much of the plant ends up in your bottle depends on the type of CBD you choose. 

Full spectrum keeps everything from the plant, including small amounts of THC. 

Broad spectrum keeps the wider range of hemp compounds but removes the THC. 

CBD isolate is CBD on its own, with everything else stripped away. 

We chose broad spectrum because it offers the best of both. You get more of what the hemp plant naturally contains, without any THC. 

Many people believe these compounds work better together than apart, an idea known as the entourage effect.

How do I take CBD Oil?

Shake the bottle, place a drop under your tongue and hold it there for about 60 seconds before swallowing. Start with one drop and build up gradually, and don’t exceed the daily intake stated on the product.

Is CBD oil legal in the UK?

Yes. CBD oil is legal in the UK when it is made from approved hemp and contains no more than trace amounts of THC. Our oils are broad spectrum and THC-free.

Every Soma CBD oil contains 3000mg of CBD (30%) in a 10ml bottle. Many CBD oils on the market are 5% or 10%, so you get more CBD in every drop.

Many brands use MCT oil, usually made from coconut, as their carrier oil. We use cold-pressed hempseed oil instead, so everything in the bottle comes from the hemp plant. Our oils are broad spectrum, THC-free and independently third-party lab tested.

We believe high-strength CBD shouldn’t come with a premium price tag. At £50 for 3000mg, our oils work out at under 2p per mg of CBD.
